Ergonomic lifting systems from Lifts All consist of an overhead rail or crane, a Bal-Trol pneumatic hoist and a gripper. These systems provide safe, ergonomic and energy-efficient material handling. Most warehouses and factories benefit from installing a lifting system.

Fitting grippers on production lines, assembly conveyors or repetitive workstations makes a big difference. The load becomes weightless and heavy work becomes easy. Operator posture and movement improve – workstations that once demanded physical strength can now be handled by anyone, supporting better health and lower sick leave.

Three components of the system

Overhead rails & cranes

Overhead rail (traverse) or jib crane – wall, ceiling or column mounted. Allows goods to move freely across the work area. Most popular: FlexiCrane Mobile – relocated by forklift to any position.

Bal-Trol pneumatic hoist

Mounted on the rail or crane and connected to the gripper below. Makes the load "weightless" for flexible lifting and lowering.

Grippers

Grip loads with vacuum cups, mechanical clamps or hooks.
