Some workshops have low ceilings, where a vertical hoist would cut into the lifting height. Carton boxes come out continuously and need to be lifted and swung to the next spot all day. Repetitive manual handling tires workers' shoulders and risks dropped loads.
FullSharp uses a horizontal pneumatic hoist mounted on an articulating jib crane. The hoist lies flat, taking up little height and leaving more travel for the load. The vacuum suction head grips the box surface, and the air valve gives smooth lifting and precise stops.

Equipment Included
- Articulating rotating arm: folds and swings in multiple directions, reaching tight corners around the work area.
- Horizontal pneumatic hoist: mounted flat to save height, suited to low-ceiling workshops.
- Carton box vacuum suction head: grips the box surface securely, releases quickly without denting the packaging.
- Air valve control assembly: smooth, step-by-step lifting and lowering, holding the load when the operator releases the control.
- Air supply hose: routed neatly along the arm, out of the operator's way.
