Carton handling repeats constantly, and lifting by hand all day tires operators and lets output slow toward the end of the shift. The pickup point and the drop point are not aligned, so a rigid arm struggles to reach both.

FullSharp installs an articulating jib crane with a two-section folding arm that reaches multiple positions within the same working area. The horizontal pneumatic hoist mounts flat on the arm for smooth load balancing, while the vacuum lifting pad holds the box securely during the move.

Equipment installed

  • Articulating jib crane: a rotating column with a jointed arm that extends or folds to reach multiple points.
  • Horizontal pneumatic hoist: mounted flat on the arm, balances the load by air pressure for smooth, jerk-free lifting.
  • Vacuum lifting pad: the suction head matches the carton surface, holding the load securely while moving.
  • Air control valve assembly: operated right on the handle, giving stable and easy-to-learn control.
