Mobile Rail Jib Crane, KITO Hoist, Bag Clamp

Cement bags, fertilizer bags, and material sacks are heavy and soft — carrying them on the shoulder all day wrecks a worker's back. Stacked high, they need two people to handle, and pulling hard tears the bag mouth open, spilling the contents. A warehouse with several zones also makes fixed equipment inconvenient.

FullSharp combined an aluminum rail on a mobile base with a KITO chain hoist and a duckbill bag clamp tool. The clamp grips the bag mouth tightly, the hoist lifts it, and the arm rotates to place it on the pallet. Push the whole unit to another zone whenever the work location changes.

Equipment Installed

Aluminum rail on a mobile base: lightweight and pushable by hand, no ceiling drilling or foundation work needed.
KITO chain hoist: solid lifting, durable chain, brake holds the load when stopped midway.
Duckbill bag clamp: grips the full width of the bag mouth — the heavier the load, the tighter the grip, so the bag doesn't slip.
Rotating arm joint: swings the bag from the pickup point to the pallet without dragging it across the floor.
