SLSA Level Compensator Suspensions

ANVER offers a large catalog of accessories for mounting virtually any type of vacuum cup onto your system. Whether you are replacing worn cups or building a complete vacuum lifting system, these high-quality components make finding the right solution simple and cost-effective.

The SLSA Series Level Compensators are the standard solution for compensating load height differences, allowing every cup to make even contact with the material surface — even when the surface is not perfectly flat.

*Note: Each SLSA group (1/2/3-4) fits different sizes and threads. SLSA-1 for small cups with M5 / 10-32 threads, SLSA-2 for medium cups with G 1/8, 3/8, 1/2 threads, SLSA-3/4 for large cups with 1/4″ NPT, G 3/8 threads. Contact FULLSHARP for configuration advice.

Single-Stage & Multi-Stage Venturi Pumps — Using Plant Compressed Air Single-Stage & Multi-Stage Air-Powered Vacuum Pumps Using Venturi Principle
J Series Pump

ANVER offers a wide range of single-stage and multi-stage vacuum pumps that run on plant compressed air using the Venturi principle. These pumps are designed for material handling, automation, assembly fixtures and other industrial applications — optimized from the smallest to the largest flow and vacuum levels.

While other suppliers only offer Multi-Stage or Inline types, ANVER manufactures every type of air-powered pump, ensuring you get the best product for your specific application. Venturi pumps have no moving parts — no motor, no bearings, no switches — meaning no breakdowns and a very long service life.

*Advantages of Venturi pumps: No electricity required, run on plant compressed air, no moving parts, low maintenance, fast vacuum response, compact and lightweight. Disadvantages: Continuous air consumption (unless fitted with an Energy Saver) — factor compressed air cost into long-term operation.

Vacuum Valves
Check, Relief, Sensing & Ball Valves Check, Relief, Ball & Sensing Valves
Vacuum Valves

ANVER offers a complete range of vacuum valves for every role in the system — from check valves that hold vacuum during a power loss, to relief valves that protect equipment, ball valves for on/off control, and sensing valves for automatic control.

Choosing the right valve keeps the system safe, reliable and energy-efficient — especially with Venturi pumps, where the check valve prevents vacuum loss if the air supply fails.

  • 24VDC, 110VAC, 220VAC voltages
  • Fast response < 50ms
  • For automation and pick-and-place
  • Very high cycle life
Group 04 — Attach / Release Valves (For Lifters)

Attach / Release valves are dedicated control valves for vacuum lifters — letting the operator activate vacuum (attach) to pick up a load, or release vacuum (release) to set it down.

  • Slide valve — manual slide valve with safety lock
  • Pendant valve — remote control via electric pendant
  • Lever valve — lever valve for pneumatic lifters
  • Push button — push-button for automation
  • All feature a safety lock-out to prevent accidental release

The critical role of the check valve: In most power-loss incidents (blackout, hose failure, pump failure), the check valve is the only thing keeping the load from dropping. That is why selecting and regularly inspecting the check valve is critical to workplace safety.
Vacuum / Pressure Sensors
Vacuum Sensors, Pressure Switches & Loss Detection Vacuum Sensors / Pressure Sensors for Monitoring & Control
VLS Sensor

Vacuum sensors are the heart of the safety system in modern vacuum lifters and automation. They continuously monitor the vacuum level and trigger a signal once a threshold is reached — activating the control system or alerting the operator.

ANVER offers everything from simple mechanical pressure switches to electronic sensors with analog output and standalone battery-powered VLS alarm systems.

Group 01 — VLS (Vacuum Loss Sensor) System
VLS-08

The VLS (Vacuum Loss Sensor) system is a standard safety feature on most modern ANVER lifters. VLS monitors the vacuum level independently from the main control system and triggers an audible alarm once vacuum drops below a safe level.

  • 9V battery power — works even if main power is lost
  • Clear audible alarm
  • Setpoint cannot be adjusted by the user (ensures safety)
  • Connects to the hose line via a T-fitting
  • Can be retrofitted onto older lifters

Standard Modular Vacuum Generators
Modular Vac-Pack for Lifting Frames & Small Lifters Standard Modular Vacuum Generators for Small Powered Lifters
VPF-57 Series

ANVER's modular vacuum generators are the core unit that combines with a lifting frame and cup to form a complete vacuum lifter. This is the most flexible approach — letting customers combine modules for the configuration that best fits their application.

ANVER offers 4 main Vac-Pack lines: VPFL4 (legacy — for 3″ frames), VPF-57 (current — for 3″ and 5×7″ frames), VPE1-GEN3 (electric — Generation 3), and BAE1-GEN3 (battery — Generation 3). Each line has AIR / AC / DC / BATTERY variants depending on the power source.

ANVER's modular philosophy: a simple 3-step configuration — Choose a Vac-Pack (step 1) → Choose a Pad/Frame (step 2) → Choose Accessories (step 3). This allows thousands of configurations from a small set of standard components.
