Lifting Cabinets High — Beyond Human Reach
This is the Manhattan Cabinet Lifter — built to lift cabinets and cabinet frames. The device lifts cabinets up and down from a pallet or conveyor. It is a mechanical fork-type gripper, and the gap between the two prongs is also adjustable in width, allowing it to lift many different cabinet sizes. To lift cabinets higher than a person could manually, the fork is mounted on a Manhattan — a lifting-high attachment that lets you place loads onto (or retrieve them from) the very top of a warehouse rack.
How It Works — Anti-Sway Center-of-Gravity Bar
The Manhattan Cabinet Lifter is a mechanical lifting device with forks. The gap between the two prongs is manually adjusted by the operator to fit the cabinet being lifted. The unit also has a center of gravity bar that keeps the lift smooth and free of swaying. The operator's only task is to move the gripper to place (or pick up) the cabinet from a pallet, conveyor, or the floor. Once the cabinet is securely positioned, the gripper releases when the "release" button is pressed — the fork prongs withdraw from the cabinet.

This is a versatile Manhattan combi lifter for rotors, custom-designed with the ability to lift using both a mechanical mechanism and a vacuum suction mechanism. With the mechanical mechanism, the operator can easily lift rotors weighing from 20 to 140 kg. As a combi lifter, it can also handle other loads — in this case metal sheets, lifted with the vacuum suction mechanism. The unit also includes an Equalizer that balances the load with millimeter-level precision, giving the operator easy control over the lifter and the load — even bulky loads in confined spaces. The maximum load for the mechanical mechanism is 140 kg, and for the vacuum mechanism, 50 kg.

This is the Manhattan Drill Bit Lifter — a custom mechanical lifting solution for drill bits. The unit grips drill bits of different sizes and weights, moving them from pallet to blaster and back. Its center of gravity (CoG) is manually adjustable, and the maximum load is 13.5 kg.
Drill bits are gripped while standing upright on a pallet placed on a cart. After moving the lifter and positioning the jaws around the drill collar, the operator presses the green button to grip. The entire heavy-lifting operation is carried out gently and safely for the operator.
