The original e-CLS (without the Launcher function) is a reliable container loading system. Bags roll smoothly onto the telescopic roller platform and are pushed manually into the container, reducing muscle strain and improving productivity at airports. The system includes a loading plate combined with adjustable legs and a hydraulic mechanism to hold and manage the load safely. The loading plate unlocks automatically when the operator grips the handle.
The machine is fitted with a table brake that locks in every direction. When the operator grips the handle, the table unlocks automatically and the e-CLS is ready to work. With the bag placed on the table, the operator can move the table vertically or horizontally, and unloading takes place without any heavy lifting. The overhead rail system keeps the e-CLS flexible and easy to maneuver.
The e-CLS has four control buttons for vertical movement, one on each side of the handle. These buttons also control the built-in light that shines into the container, making it easy to see where to place each bag. A "jog" button on the column lets the table move beyond the working position when the handle is too high. Press the "up" button to raise the table into parked position, which automatically enters sleep mode; press "down" the next time it's needed.
A red emergency stop button is placed strategically on the column — activating it instantly cuts power and stops the machine on the spot. The machine also has overload sensing and stops automatically if the load is too heavy, reducing injury risk. The system uses a hold-to-run mechanism (it only runs while the operator holds the handle), eliminating the risk of unintended movement. Lifts All provides full training for every customer.
The e-CLS with Launcher function is an advanced electric container loading system designed to eliminate manual lifting and optimize baggage handling at airports. Loading staff simply place the bag on the table and the system automatically launches it into the container at the press of a single button — fast, precise and physically effortless.
The e-CLS Launcher speeds up baggage loading, contributing to smoother operations and more efficient baggage loading — which in turn shortens turnaround time at the airport. It is an ideal choice for airports looking to improve operational efficiency, reduce workplace injuries and optimize baggage flow, and is especially valuable in high-throughput environments where speed and safety are equally important.
Thanks to its intuitive design, the e-CUS is easy to learn. The operator simply positions the e-CUS at the container door using the touch function on the handle. The conveyor is controlled by two buttons on each side — one tilts it up, the other tilts it down. The conveyor starts running when the "Start" button is pressed. Bags are placed on the running conveyor, which acts as a bridge between the container and the airport's baggage conveyor.
When bags need to be spread further along the conveyor, the e-CUS is designed so the operator can move it using only their body weight — no buttons need to be pressed to move it along the overhead rail. This lets the operator work continuously without interruption.
The e-CUS is lightweight, making it easy to move and operate; slim and compact, saving aisle space both in use and when parked; easy to control with just a few buttons; and features a simple yet robust design built to withstand long-term repeated use. The system handles bags more gently and evenly than manual handling, reducing baggage damage.
Installing a baggage handling system is a relatively simple process. For example, the e-CUS can be mounted on an overhead rail or directly on the floor, and can also be installed beside a rotary carousel or lateral system. The installation option depends on the workspace and actual site conditions. The system is adjusted to match the trolley or container type in use. The e-CUS is available in both pneumatic (CUS) and electric (e-CUS) versions.
The Basic Bagagelyft is a quiet vacuum lifter with an integrated hook, used to lift baggage quickly. It is commonly used at airports where staff lift baggage from an open trolley onto a conveyor belt. It integrates easily with an overhead traverse rail or with an articulated jib arm. The operator can raise or lower the load with two buttons, and can release the load mid-air when needed. A standout feature is the swivel joint, which allows unlimited 360° rotation of the load.
The Basic is a dependable lifting device. If the preset vacuum level has not been reached, the Basic will not allow the lifting operation to proceed. If vacuum drops during lifting, the Basic will slowly lower itself back to the floor. There are two ways to release the load:
1. Release mid-air – press and hold the red button to release the load.
2. Set down first – requires the load to be set on a surface before the Basic allows release when the red button is pressed.
