80kg Pneumatic Jib Crane, Mobile Base

A factory may have several stations that each need to lift loads under 100 kg, but each station only handles a few dozen lifts a day. Installing a fixed column at every station is costly and takes up floor space, while consolidating them into one spot means workers have to carry goods a long way.

FullSharp builds an 80 kg pneumatic jib crane with a height-adjustable column on a mobile base. The whole unit is pushed between stations; once in place, lower the stabilizers and get to work immediately, with no floor drilling or fixed wiring needed.

Equipment Installed

Height-adjustable column: adjusted per station and locked in place, suited to both low-ceiling spots and higher lifting needs.
Mobile base with counterweight: keeps the column steady while carrying a load at full reach, and moves without bolting to the floor.
80 kg pneumatic lifting unit: smooth lifting and lowering by trigger, holding at any point along the stroke.
Swing arm around the column: covers a circular work area around the station, enough to pick from a shelf and set down on a workbench.
Valve and air filter assembly: filters out moisture and dust before the cylinder, keeping the equipment running reliably for the long term.
