5T Rail Jib Crane with Carton Clamp Tool

Cartons come off the line continuously, and workers have to hug each one, turn, and set it on a pallet. Repeating this all day strains the back and slows the packing rhythm. The area is also tight, with no room for a forklift.

FullSharp installs a jib crane on a 5T rail (200 kg rated load), with the arm swinging to sweep the whole work area around the post. It carries an ENDO pneumatic hoist and a two-jaw clamp tool for cartons. Workers only need to clamp, swing, and release — no more carrying cartons by hand.

Equipment Installed

5T rail swing arm: the arm beam is made from 5T steel rail, swinging around the post to cover the work area, rated at 200 kg.
ENDO pneumatic hoist: lifts and lowers with pneumatic power, holding the load steady in position, controlled from the handle.
Carton clamp tool: two jaws press against the carton body, with clamping force adjusted for cardboard stiffness.
Trolley on the arm: moves in and out along the reach, positioning the tool exactly at the line outlet or pallet surface.
Valve and control handle: clamp and release buttons are compact on the handle, so one hand runs the whole cycle.
