Many workstations only need lifting within a small area around a machine table. Running a full rail line through that area is overkill and costly, while workers still have to lift parts up and down many times each shift.
FullSharp built a 5T rail jib crane mounted on a column right at the station, with the rail rated at 200 kg. A trolley and an electric hoist controlled by a pendant sit on the arm. The arm rotates around the column, so workers can pick parts from the rack and place them onto the machine table without leaving their spot.

Covers only the area needed, costing less than running a long rail line.
The rotating arm brings the load right to the machine table, saving travel time.
The column-and-arm assembly installs quickly with minimal impact on production.
FullSharp assesses the column location, the floor foundation, and the arm radius needed around the machine table. Our technicians re-weigh the actual load, check the ceiling height, and select the right hoist and rail length. After the site survey, we provide a column anchoring plan, layout drawing, and installation schedule.
