5T Rail Jib Crane, 250 kg Electric Hoist

In many plants, heavy loads only move around one small area, yet operators still wait for a forklift or an overhead crane to travel the length of the shop floor. The wait slows the line, and maneuvering a forklift into a tight space is both difficult and risky around nearby machinery.

FullSharp installs a 5T rail jib crane right at the work station, fitted with a 250 kg electric hoist. The arm rotates 360 degrees around its column, and the trolley runs along the rail, so a load is lifted and moved to its new position in a single motion.

Equipment Installed

5T rail system: a load-bearing rail beam with a smooth-running trolley along the arm's length, giving access to many lifting points.
250 kg electric hoist: motor-driven lifting at a steady speed, holding the load firmly when stopped.
Column and swivel joint: the column bolts to the foundation or existing structure, with the joint allowing a full 360-degree rotation.
Pendant control box: up, down, and travel buttons compact in one hand, with the operator standing beside the load.
Travel limit stops: block both ends of the rail to keep the trolley within the work area.
