200 kg Pneumatic Jib Crane in Hai Phong

The factory needed a fixed lifting point for loads around 200 kg, but running a new power line to that spot was both inconvenient and costly. Workers were lifting each load by hand in pairs, wearing them out over a full shift. The location was also close to a walkway, so the equipment couldn't take up much space.

FullSharp installed a 200 kg pneumatic jib crane right at the workstation. The equipment runs on the compressed air already available in the factory, with the arm following the operator's hand and holding position the instant it's released, so a single person can operate it.

Equipment Installed

Column and rotating arm: the column is fixed to the floor, and the arm swings around it, covering a circular work area around the standing position.
200 kg pneumatic assembly: balances the load with compressed air, so the load holds its height the moment it's released.
Control handle: raise and lower buttons are on the handle, letting the operator work one-handed while steadying the load.
Air filter and regulator: separates moisture from the compressed air and keeps pressure stable for even lifting force.
