Cemboard panels are large, heavy, and brittle, so even two people carrying one can easily crack a corner or snap the sheet. The material staging area has no load-bearing ceiling structure, so lifting equipment cannot be hung overhead.
FullSharp installed a 1-ton gantry crane standing on the floor, with a crossbeam carrying an electric hoist that travels the full length to cover the entire stacking area. A battery-powered vacuum lifter grips the panel surface evenly, lifting the whole sheet without threading cables underneath.

Suction force spreads evenly across the surface, so brittle panels stay intact with no pressure on the corners.
The gantry crane stands on the floor, so open-roof warehouses or active construction sites can still use it.
One operator replaces a team of panel carriers, keeping loading and unloading speed consistent.
FullSharp measures the panel size, thickness, and weight to determine the number of suction cups and the gantry crane's beam span. Our engineers check the floor where the gantry crane will stand and the clear height to finalize the lifting height. Send us the panel specifications and your warehouse layout, and we will propose an installation plan.
