FullSharp smart electric lifters: aluminum and stainless bodies

A FullSharp smart electric lifter is a mobile lifter with a powered mast and battery, fitted at the front with interchangeable tooling for rolls, trays, boxes, sacks or equipment. All series are built from aluminum and stainless steel (304 stainless), with no paint and no rust, and are easy to clean, so they work well in electronics and pharmaceutical cleanrooms as well as cold rooms, chilled stores and food plants.

Step 1: Choose the model by load

Load capacity determines the series. The general rule: light loads use push-type lifters, where the operator pushes the lifter into place and lifts at the push of a button; heavy loads or long distances call for self-propelled electric lifters so workers do not have to push.

Available models

Masts range from 1,600 to 2,500 mm with lift heights up to about 2.2 m; standard lifting speed is 125 mm/s, and 250 mm/s on the Flash series (see the detailed tables in step 2). Choose a rated load slightly above the heaviest item, including the tooling weight.

Neither type is painted, so there is nothing to flake or rust, which suits cleanrooms. If the lifter is washed often or works in cold rooms with condensation, choose full stainless and IP66 protection.

Step 3: Choose tooling for the item

The tooling decides what the lifter can do. FullSharp offers two groups, following the same rule as the lifter: light items use manual tools, while heavy items mostly use powered tools, so the operator only presses buttons instead of rotating or tilting by hand.

Notes for cleanrooms and cold rooms

Charge batteries outside the cold room, since batteries lose capacity at low temperatures; lithium batteries charge faster than lead-acid.
When moving a lifter from a cold room to a warm area, let condensation dry before charging or storing it.
Clean with plant-approved agents and do not spray water directly onto the control box unless the lifter is an IP66 version.
Never exceed the rated load and keep the load low while moving.

Should I choose an aluminum or stainless lifter?

For light loads up to 120 kg in dry cleanrooms where easy pushing matters, choose an aluminum mast + stainless. For cold rooms, frequent washing or loads from 130 kg, choose full 304 stainless, available in IP66.

When should I choose a self-propelled lifter?

When loads are heavy or the lifter travels long distances many times per shift. For light loads over short distances, a push-type lifter is enough.

What is the difference between manual and powered tools?
