Vacuum sack gripper – lift sacks up to 50 kg with ease

For lifting sacks weighing up to 50 kg, we recommend the vacuum sack gripper. It is well suited to flat, airtight sacks and to transferring sacks from pallets onto conveyors. For highly porous sacks such as jute bags, we recommend the sack gripper.

The vacuum sack lifter is also available in a stainless steel version for environments with strict hygiene requirements.

A cost-saving solution

The vacuum sack gripper runs on compressed air, providing quiet and safe sack handling. It is also very energy efficient, consuming only 5-10% of the energy of other vacuum lifters. Our proprietary Precivac pump keeps the vacuum at an optimal level throughout the lift.

Fast, easy lifting

To lift a sack, simply place the gripper on it and press the green button to start the vacuum. Then lift the sack and move it to the desired position. Each lift takes less than two seconds, keeping work continuous and fast.

Flexible control

Two control types are available:
(a) Speed control with up/down push buttons
(b) Self-balancing control – the unit floats freely in every direction with a simple push of your hand.
