Lifting work is spread along a long line rather than concentrated at one point, so installing a crane column in the middle of the plant would use up floor space and block the aisle. The floor is already packed with machines, leaving no room for a base.
FullSharp hangs a 5T rail rated for 200 kg from the ceiling structure using threaded rods, with the trolley running smoothly along the entire line. On the trolley sits an ENDO pneumatic hoist, raised and lowered with a lever and able to stop at any height without the load drifting.
Ceiling-mounted 5T rail and ENDO pneumatic hoist installed in the plant's production area.
The entire load hangs from the ceiling, leaving the plant floor clear for machines and carts.
The trolley carries the hoist to any point on the rail, with no need to carry loads by hand along the middle section.
The pneumatic hoist slows gradually, so the load doesn't jerk when it stops.
FullSharp checks the ceiling structure to see whether the purlins can bear the suspended load or if extra support beams are needed, then measures the required line length. From there we finalize the number of rail sections, the spacing of suspension points, and the hoist hook height. Contact FullSharp to have a technician measure the plant on site.
