5T Rail 200kg Ceiling Mount, ENDO Hoist

Lifting work is spread along a long line rather than concentrated at one point, so installing a crane column in the middle of the plant would use up floor space and block the aisle. The floor is already packed with machines, leaving no room for a base.

FullSharp hangs a 5T rail rated for 200 kg from the ceiling structure using threaded rods, with the trolley running smoothly along the entire line. On the trolley sits an ENDO pneumatic hoist, raised and lowered with a lever and able to stop at any height without the load drifting.

Installed Equipment

5T rail: formed steel rail with a 200 kg working load, joinable in multiple sections to extend the line.
Threaded rod suspension set: bolted to the purlin or ceiling beam, height-adjustable to keep the rail straight and level.
Rail trolley: wheels run inside the rail track; one person can push it smoothly.
ENDO pneumatic hoist: lifts with air, sparks no flame, and stops exactly at the lever position.
