5T Rail System with KITO Electric Hoist

At a machining station, parts and trays must move back and forth between the machine table and the storage rack all shift. Manual lifting tires workers and risks drops when reaching far. Installing a large overhead crane would be overkill for the actual weight of the goods.

FullSharp installs a 5T rail right along the work line, rated at 200 kg, suited to light and medium loads. A KITO electric hoist runs on the rail, controlled by a pushbutton pendant. The worker presses to lift, pushes the trolley along the rail, and lowers into position without needing a helper.

Equipment Included

5T steel rail: FullSharp's rail profile, rated at 200 kg, forming the hoist's travel path.
KITO electric hoist: smooth-running motor, a firm holding brake, stopping precisely when the button is released.
Pushbutton pendant: clear lift and lower buttons, with an emergency stop for quick handling when needed.
Trolley and rail suspension set: runs smoothly along the line, moving with a light push.
Anti-slip hook and latch: secures the sling or load strap, preventing the hook from disengaging while lifting.
