In a mixing area with solvents, plants restrict electrical equipment hanging over the tanks. Yet workers still need to raise and lower cans, trays, and parts many times a shift. Doing it by hand in the tight space between tanks is slow and unsafe.
FullSharp installed a 5T rail rated at 200 kg running along the work area, carrying an ENDO pneumatic hoist. The hoist draws air from the plant's existing compressed-air system, with no electric motor overhead. The operator pulls a cord or presses a lever to lift and lower; the load holds still the moment they let go.
5T rail with ENDO pneumatic hoist installed above the work area in the plant.
The air-driven hoist can be used in areas with solvents and flammable vapors.
The pneumatic mechanism is simple; maintenance is mainly filter changes and periodic lubrication.
Releasing the control stops the hoist instantly, freeing the worker's hands to adjust the placement.
FullSharp checks the plant's available air pressure and flow rate before selecting the hoist. Our technicians measure the rail run, mounting height, and distance to the air supply point to plan the piping. After the survey, we provide an installation plan with a materials list.
