Product Description

The FS-D3L intelligent balancing electric hoist uses a cast aluminum housing that is light yet rugged, and incorporates proprietary technology. Its servo drive system is controlled by an industrial processor, delivering outstanding lifting speed and assembly precision. Combining advanced technology with hand-motion control commands, the operator can guide the load directly in balance mode to lift, lower, and move it to the desired position – so that even female operators can move and position heavy loads accurately with ease. The intelligent balancing hoist maximizes productivity, reduces physical strain on production staff, lowers product damage rates, and minimizes workplace injuries caused by handling heavy loads.

Dual Mode: Handle Mode / Float Mode

Handle Mode:
Ergonomic design: a single operator can raise and lower the load with one hand under precise control.

Float Mode:
Fingertip control moves the load fast or slow as the operator wishes, with instant, effortless response. The operator can also hold the load directly with both hands; it rises or lowers following the speed of the operator's hand movement for accurate positioning.

Stepless Speed Control / Controllable Speed

The intelligent balancing hoist moves fast or slow according to the operator's input, allowing completely free movement. It is especially suited to assembly applications that need both fast travel and precise alignment at low speed.

Precision Alignment Function

Highly precise alignment control lets the operator handle delicate and fragile items steadily and accurately.

Safe & Reliable

Multiple built-in safety protections: automatic slowdown at the upper limit, overload protection, power-loss protection, photoelectric sensor, and anti-rebound.

Adapt Handle

FS-B4 Coaxial Slide Handle Standard

The coaxial slide handle adjusts lifting speed directly through the handle's travel – the greater the travel, the faster the speed – responding quickly in situations that call for fast lifting and moving of loads.

FS-B6 Coaxial Force-Sensing Handle Optional

The coaxial force-sensing handle delivers a completely new operating experience through force-sensing technology. Unlike a conventional slide handle, it accurately detects the operator's upward/downward pressure and converts it directly into steplessly adjusted lifting speed. This ergonomic design greatly improves intuitive, precise control and is easily compatible with a wide range of grippers, making material handling more efficient and less tiring.

Configuration Diagram

The FS-D3L can be fitted with 6 handle configurations, chosen by where the operator stands and how bulky the load is:

Operator can reach the handle, compact load: FS-B4 handle (standard), FS-B6 handle (optional) or the FS-F2 stepless / FS-F3 VFD two-speed handheld pendant.
Bulky load, operator cannot stand close: the handle connects to the main unit through the FS-B1 split handle box and an adapter cable (0.5 m standard, 2 m optional). Choose the FS-B7 external split handle, the FS-E3 remote pressure-plate handle or the FS-T1 full-touch handle.
Optional accessories: anti-drop hook and swivel assembly, FS-H1 electric slip ring, connecting bracket, wireless remote.
