Gripper for weight plates

This gripper is used in a factory where rubber-coated steel weights are lifted during production. It was developed for industries that handle gym weights, dumbbell plates and other metal plates. The tool grips around the edge of the plate and is easily adjusted to different sizes, so the operator can lift a whole range of plates without changing gripper.

Safe, secure lifting

Safety comes first when lifting heavy objects. The tool has a load guard that makes it impossible to release the load in mid-air, and a two-hand grip that requires the operator to use both hands to release the plate – keeping the operator safe from pinch injuries.
