Product overview

This Lifts All pipe gripper lifts steel pipes and other types of pipe. It is easy to use and ergonomic for the operator. Three vacuum cups attach to the outside of the pipe, holding the load securely for lifting and moving. The gripper can be rotated before pick-up to take pipes stacked horizontally or vertically, then rotated again after lifting to place the load in the required position. Maximum lifting capacity is 18 kg.

Lifting pipes without effort

Steel pipes are awkward to handle and may take two people to lift. With this air-powered solution, one person can do it alone. The vacuum cups grip along the side of the pipe, and a sensor detects when it is time to grip the load. Once the pipe is held, the operator rotates it by hand to the unloading position, moves it into place and presses the release button, after which the tool lets go of the load.

The tool is adapted to your lifting needs and working environment, with maximum load, rotation, tilt and gripping method set to your requirements. It can be supplied in your company color or any other color, or in stainless steel for cleanroom use.
