Product overview

This sanitary ware gripper can lift various types of bathroom ware such as toilets, bidets and sinks. Model 89-12030 is designed specifically for toilet bowls and has a suction cup large enough to hold the bowl securely. It handles up to 25 kg, with adjustable lifting and lowering speed, and works with both glazed and unglazed ceramic toilets. The gripper can rotate the load 270°, making the operator's work easier and more efficient.
Further adaptations are possible, for example customising the gripper for other types of loads or different weights.

How the toilet bowl gripper works

The bowl is moved using the gripper's air-pressure technology. The suction cup attaches to the outside of the toilet bowl: the operator places the cup on the bowl and presses the Grip button. The bowl can then be moved from pallet to pallet as if weightless. Once the bowl has been lowered onto a stable surface, the operator presses Release and the bowl is freed from the suction cup. A built-in Load Guard safety function ensures the bowl cannot be released until it rests on the floor or another stable surface.
Toilets are handled easily and safely, with no heavy lifting and no strain on the back.
