Product overview

This roll gripper lifts rolls weighing up to 40 kg. It is designed for fast, easy handling, taking rolls horizontally from the machine and placing them vertically on a pallet. The shaft enters the core and expands to hold the roll securely. The 40 kg capacity can be adapted to your needs. The gripper works with both large and small rolls, and one tool can serve several roll types as long as the core diameter is the same.

How does the roll gripper work?

The shaft expands inside the roll core, gripping it from within. Once it is secure, the roll is moved to its destination. Rolls can be lifted vertically or horizontally, so rolls lying down can be picked up and stacked upright. When the roll rests on a stable, level surface, a push of a button releases the tool. The job is done safely and ergonomically, sparing the operator's back, neck and shoulders.
