Product overview

The Lifts All Roll Gripper makes lifting rolls easy. A piston grips the roll by its core without damaging the outer layers, after which the roll can be turned horizontal or vertical depending on how it is to be positioned. The lift is height-adjustable, so rolls are easily placed on shelves or loaded into machines. The operator does the whole job without strenuous manual lifting – the roll becomes completely weightless.

Adaptable to different rolls

The gripper handles most rolls and spools with a hollow core – paper, film, aluminium foil or plastic, for example. It is fitted with a matching expander for an optimal fit in the core; a range of standard expanders is available and custom expanders can also be made.

Operation is simple, and the smooth PSH control lowers the roll gently. The unit takes up little space and is energy-efficient. This model lifts very heavy rolls of up to 120 kg, and capacity can be fully customised if heavier or lighter rolls need to be handled.
