Product overview

The pallet turner is a mechanical lifting tool for moving and/or turning pallets. Lifting pallets by hand causes wear on the body and can lead to accidents. This tool lets operators work quickly and ergonomically and is ideal for warehouses, industry and distribution. One tool handles different pallet sizes, and the operator adjusts it to the weight of the load. Maximum capacity is 45 kg (99 lb), while the gripper itself weighs 50 kg (110 lb).

How does the pallet turner work?

The tool grips the long side of the pallet with two clamping plates and holds it firmly throughout the lift. During the lift, the pallet can be turned upside down at the push of a button. Stacking pallets alternately deck-up and deck-down also saves space. Once the pallet is in place, a button press opens the plates and the tool can be removed.

Adapted to your pallet sizes

Lifting devices are usually made for full-size and half-size pallets, but they can be customized for other sizes. Each device is tailored to what you need to lift, with maximum capacity, tilt, rotation and other functions adjusted to your requirements.
