Product overview

The Lifts All mattress gripper is customized to lift rolled-up mattresses from a horizontal position and place them upright in cardboard boxes. Lifting heavy mattresses high is demanding work, but with this gripper it is easy. Rolls can be lifted as high as 2.4 m while the operator stays in control using a free-hanging ProSpeed handle (PSH).

Adjustable grip

The grip adjusts easily to mattresses of any size. Pressing the green on button closes the arms fully for a firm hold. The red off button works in stages: short presses release the arms step by step, while holding it down releases the load completely. This keeps the boxes from being damaged when the mattress is released.
