Manhattan cabinet gripper – custom-built for safe cabinet handling

The Manhattan cabinet gripper is a purpose-built lifting tool for cabinets and cabinet frames. It moves cabinets easily and safely from one pallet to another or onto a conveyor. The tool is fully mechanical and has adjustable forks to take cabinets of different sizes.

A key custom feature is the padded forks, which protect the load throughout the lift so that both unpainted and painted frames can be handled without damage. The lifter also works at greater heights than are possible with manual lifting. Maximum load is 150 kg.

How the Manhattan cabinet gripper works

The operator manually sets the distance between the forks to match the cabinet. A center-of-gravity adjustment keeps the lift stable and safe, without swaying.

Once lifted, the cabinet is easily moved into position. Pressing the release button retracts the forks from the cabinet. Loads up to 150 kg can be handled safely and ergonomically, without straining the back or shoulders.
