The gripper runs on compressed air rather than electricity. With no ignition sources, it does not require ATEX certification; a Lifts All Declaration of Exemption can be supplied on request.
Gas cylinders are sensitive and must not be subjected to shocks or impacts. The gripper handles them gently and securely, and a load guard ensures a slow descent if system pressure drops.
Vacuum suction cups are used instead of mechanical clamps, so the cylinders stay undamaged and free of scratches and marks.
