Product overview

This gripper is built to lift many kinds of gas cylinders, including other gas containers and cylinders with ring handles such as propane, helium and argon bottles. Cylinders can be moved from pallet to pallet, loaded on and off trucks, and even stacked. Maximum capacity is 27 kg. This unit is mounted on a FlexiCrane with endless rotation, so the operator can move freely with the load. A gas cylinder weighs around 25 kg, which is heavy to handle manually, especially many times a day. This LPG cylinder lifter makes the work easier and protects the operator's back and shoulders.

Smooth, controlled cylinder handling

The operator angles the gripper hooks onto the cylinder handle. A centre-of-gravity bar on top balances the tool as the cylinder is lifted, giving a safe, smooth lift with no wobbling. A stabiliser holds the cylinder during the lift and helps steer the load; it can be adjusted for cylinders of different sizes. To disengage, set the cylinder on firm ground and press either release button. Two handles make the tool comfortable for both right- and left-handed operators.
