Product overview

The Basic bottle gripper is made for the beverage industry and breweries and has been tested with Vichy and longneck bottles. It picks up 24 bottles in a single lift, keeping work smooth and efficient. This version is designed for 33 cl glass longneck bottles and comes in two variants: manual, where the operator clamps the bottles with a knob, and automatic, where the tool clamps them by itself before lifting. The result is faster packing and a lower risk of wear-and-tear injuries.

How does the Basic bottle gripper work?

Manual and automatic bottle lifting

Guide the bottle necks into the holes in the gripper plate and turn the knob to clamp them securely; the automatic version does this for you. Lift the bottles into their packaging or to the required position. Once the bottles stand on a flat, stable surface, turn the knob again to release them; the automatic version releases them as soon as they are set down on a flat surface. Both versions allow endless rotation during the lift.

The Basic can also handle other loads: fitted with a different attachment, such as a vacuum cup, it can lift boxes instead.

Tailored to your needs

The solution can be adapted to lift fewer or more bottles, or bottles of other shapes and sizes. Each design takes into account the load's material and dimensions, the number of lifts, the lifting path and the working environment, to arrive at the optimal solution for the task.
