Mobile Pneumatic Jib Crane, Bag Clamp Tool

The warehouse handles many different kinds of goods — sometimes soft bags, sometimes round columns. Carrying them by hand is heavy and prone to slipping, and every time the type of goods changes, the carrying method has to change too. The layout also shifts with each shipment, so installing fixed equipment in one spot doesn't fit.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane on a mobile base, which can be wheeled wherever work is needed without drilling into the floor. The end tool is a multi-purpose bag clamp with an adjustable opening, so it grips both bags and cylindrical items. The operator just holds the handle — the heavy part is carried by compressed air.

Installed Equipment

Pneumatic jib crane: the arm rotates around the column, with compressed air carrying the load so the operator only guides direction.
Mobile base: a wheeled base pulls the unit to another area without drilling anchors into the floor.
Multi-purpose bag clamp tool: adjustable-opening jaws grip soft bags securely as well as columns and pipes.
Control valve set: a lever right on the handle — a light tap lifts or lowers, releasing it holds the load still.
