Pneumatic Jib Crane with Scrap Gripper

Scrap metal and metal waste are among the hardest goods to handle in a workshop: sharp edges, irregular shapes, piled in heaps, so scooping by hand is both slow and risks cuts. Workers must bend down repeatedly, and collecting a few hundred kilograms per shift already exhausts them. The floor around the collection area is also tight, so a forklift can't get close.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane with a standing column, an arm that reaches right over the scrap pile, carrying a pneumatic gripper tool. The operator squeezes the valve to close the grip, pushes the arm to swing the load to a new spot, without touching the sharp material. Collection speed rises noticeably, with only one person needed to run the machine.

Equipment Included

Rotating column: base bolted to the concrete floor, arm rotates 180-360 degrees, covering the whole scrap-dumping area around the column.
Pneumatic gripper tool: wide grip jaws that bite firmly into scrap of any shape, without slipping when lifted.
Cylinder and air valve assembly: heavy-duty cylinder, decisive valve control for opening and closing the grip, holding grip force steady while carrying the load.
Powder-coated steel frame: withstands the dusty, damp scrap-yard environment, with minimal rust and repainting needed.
Control handle: positioned right next to the tool, so the worker watches the load and squeezes the grip without looking away from the work area.
