Loads need to move along one fixed line in the plant, and pushing carts or carrying by hand is slow and takes extra people. The plant floor also no longer has room for crane support columns.
FullSharp mounts a 5T rail on the plant structure and fits a KITO electric hoist on the trolley. Loads are lifted and then travel along the rail to the drop point, operated with a pendant control, with the brake holding the load firmly when stopped.
5T overhead rail with a KITO electric hoist installed at the plant.
The rail and hoist sit overhead, so the floor area below stays free for production.
Loads follow the fixed rail, keeping the transport route tidy with fewer collisions.
The KITO hoist runs reliably, needing only periodic checks of the brake and suspension.
FullSharp surveys the ceiling structure, the length of line needed, and the load weight to determine the number of rail sections and the spacing of suspension points. Our engineers select the hoist capacity, lifting stroke, and power supply method. Contact FullSharp to schedule a site survey.
