A production area often has two kinds of loads to lift: items with a handle to hook, and items that need suction on a flat surface. Installing two separate systems wastes space and installation cost. Workers also end up moving back and forth between two stations in the same shift.
FullSharp installed a 5T rail rated at 200 kg running the length of the work area, carrying an electric hoist. On the same line, we also fitted a FullSharp vacuum tube lifter for loads that need surface suction. Workers pick the right end effector without leaving the work area.
5T rail with electric hoist, and a FullSharp vacuum tube lifter on the same line serving the work area.
The same rail system serves both hook-lifting and surface-suction operations.
The vacuum tube grips and releases within seconds, ideal for repetitive work.
The rail sits overhead, leaving enough room below for carts and pallets.
FullSharp surveys the required rail run and ceiling height to finalize the mounting method and number of anchor points. Our technicians review the actual goods, the surfaces that need suction, and how often the equipment is used to split the workload between the hoist and the vacuum tube. We then hand over a layout drawing along with the installation plan.
