Area of application

This lifting tool is used in production to stack and pack toilet bowls for shipping. Its ergonomic design takes the weight off the user, making handling both safer and more efficient. Operators use it for repetitive tasks, creating a smooth, ergonomic and safe production flow.

Design and function

The tool is a mechanical gripper that lifts toilets with a maximum clamping grip of 80 mm. Free-rotating grip rollers let the operator turn the toilet by hand to position it precisely for stacking and packing, and when needed a friction brake locks the rotation for full control.

The tool lifts up to 55 kg and is designed for continuous use in demanding industrial environments.
