Product overview

The butter gripper is a customised lifting tool for the food industry, built for lifting blocks of butter weighing up to 25 kg. It is easy to use and moves the soft, malleable butter from pallet to conveyor belt effortlessly, without spoiling the shape of the block.

The butter is wrapped in a protective plastic sheet, which the operator first opens to expose the block. The spiked plates on the gripper press into the sides of the block and hold it. The block is then turned by hand (hands on the butter) so the rest of the plastic can be removed, and finally placed on the conveyor.

The butter gripper is made for handling sensitive products and meets the food industry's machinery requirements: stainless-steel construction, smooth contact surfaces and high hygienic standards.
