Product overview

This Lifts All lifting tool for metal covers is used by heat pump manufacturers. It is a vacuum gripper that uses the pressure in its suction cups to hold the load, and, driven by a pneumatic cylinder, it makes lifting feel weightless.

How does it work?

The tool has a balancing control unit, ideal for repeatedly lifting objects of the same weight. The operator aligns the vacuum cups on the cover and presses the grip button; the cups hold the sheet securely and it can be raised and lowered effortlessly. Because the lift is vertical with the centre of gravity centred over the sheet, the load stays stable in mid-air, and placing heavy sheets exactly where needed becomes smooth and easy.

What can it lift?

It handles any compact, smooth, airtight material up to 15 kg, such as aluminium boxes, metal sheets or acrylic (plexiglass) cubes. The vacuum cups hold the load gently, leaving no scratches or marks.
