Product overview

This gripper is built to lift and handle glass panes of various sizes. It holds and lifts each pane safely and smoothly with vacuum, so a single operator can do a job that normally takes at least two people. The glass pane gripper is easy to operate and maneuver, and it streamlines the whole workflow.

Heavy lifting made easy

With a maximum capacity of 100 kg, the gripper holds the load by vacuum. The suction cups are placed centrally on the pane, and when the indicator turns green the load is safe to lift. Once in the air, the pane can be tilted up to 90°. After setting it down, a press of the red button releases the cups.

Rotation is simple too: with the pane in the air, the operator turns it by hand to the required position. For shorter panes, the cups at the far end of the tool can be removed, and for narrow panes a single row of evenly spaced cups is sufficient.
