This vacuum gripper for pallet lids is closely based on one of the Lifts All standard tools, ProWood. Maximum capacity is 13 kg. It is ideal for lifting boards and sheets of many kinds, in this case pallet lids, making the work easier and more ergonomic. If the same tool needs to handle several board types, the suction cups can be made adjustable.

Lifting pallet lids effortlessly

The tool is simple and convenient to operate. Place the suction cups at the centre of the lid and press the green button to apply vacuum; a green light then confirms it is safe to lift. The red and green buttons on the control unit adjust the up and down speed. Once the lid is in position, press the red button and the tool releases the load.

Lifts all kinds of sheets, with or without tilt

ProWood models handle all types of sheets and heavy panels, including sheet metal, glass, plywood and wood panels. Depending on the job, a version with or without tilt function can be chosen. Four ProWood models cover different sizes and weights: PW60, PW100, PW120 and PW200. The adjustable suction cups can be repositioned by the operator without tools.
