A cabinet lift for the furniture industry

The cabinet lift is widely used in furniture production, where operators lift large kitchen cabinets of up to 80 kg; it can also be adapted for heavier or lighter pieces. Instead of calling a colleague to help lift or lay down a cabinet, the operator simply places the vacuum cups against it and presses a button. The vacuum holds the cabinet firmly by its sides, and it can then be lifted, tilted or rotated before being set down exactly where needed.

Safe and economical vacuum lifting

Lifts All lifting tools are driven by the pneumatic Bal-Trol lifting cylinder (Made in USA). A vacuum gripper is often a better alternative to electric lifting tools: it is energy-efficient and safe in damp conditions. Needing no electricity, it can also be used safely in dusty environments such as furniture factories. Should the vacuum be lost, the tool stops automatically and the load sinks slowly to the floor.
