Working with the e-CUS

Thanks to its intuitive design, the e-CUS is quick to learn.

The operator positions the e-CUS at the container opening using the touch functions on the handles. The conveyor belt is tilted up or down with two buttons on the sides, and it starts running when the Start button is pressed. Bags are placed on the moving belt, which acts as a bridge between the container and the airport baggage conveyor.

Bags may need to be spread out along the baggage belt, and the operator may have to reach bags further inside the container. For this reason the e-CUS is designed to be moved along the overhead rails simply by pushing it with body weight, with no buttons to press, so the operator can work without interruption.

Unload a bag in three seconds

With the e-CUS a bag is unloaded from a ULD in just three seconds, and manual lifting is eliminated. Operators no longer lift bags in awkward postures or carry them between container and conveyor. The result is a more ergonomic workplace and healthier staff, often with fewer sick-leave days.

Adaptable to every workplace

Installing the baggage handling system is relatively straightforward. It can be mounted on ceiling rails or directly on the floor, next to a baggage carousel or a lateral system, depending on the workplace and its conditions. Each system is adapted to the carts or containers in use. The Lifts All container unloading system is available in a pneumatic version (CUS) and an electric version (e-CUS).
