e-CLS (Electric Container Loading System) streamlines baggage handling and reduces the physical load on baggage handlers. It is especially suited to loading bags from laterals into containers and carousels, and comes in two versions: with or without the Launcher function.

e-CLS with Launcher

The e-CLS Launcher works as an ergonomic lifting table that removes manual lifting between the baggage belt and the container. The handler places a bag on the table and, at the push of a button, it is pushed smoothly into the container. Bags are positioned precisely with minimal physical effort.

A long articulated arm lets the operator reach the far corners of a container and other tight spaces at any height, while the compact design suits areas where floor space is limited.

With the e-CLS Launcher, airports can actively work towards eliminating physical overload. It eases the strain on baggage handlers and raises throughput at the same time, supporting a sustainable work pace and better working conditions.

e-CLS without Launcher

The standard e-CLS helps load baggage into containers using a telescopic table. Bags roll on and off the unit quickly, making loading highly efficient. The system suits both right- and left-handed operators and can be configured for a lateral on the left or right. The difference between the two versions is that the Launcher pushes bags into the container at the press of a button, whereas with the standard e-CLS the handler pushes them in by hand.
