Finished cartons at many plants are still carried by hand from the conveyor down onto pallets. The boxes are bulky and hard to hold, forcing workers to bend and twist repeatedly, which quickly tires them out and can dent the goods. Since the stacking location changes with each order, installing a fixed lifting system isn't practical.
FullSharp brings in a Lifts All articulating jib crane on a mobile base, with a vacuum lifting tool designed for cartons as the end tool. The operator presses the suction head onto the box, lifts it, and swings the arm over to the stacking spot. When the line changes, the whole base is simply pushed to the new location.

The machine bears the box's weight while the worker only guides direction, so shoulders and backs stay fresh through the whole shift.
The mobile base lets the system move to a different line within minutes, with no changes to the plant structure.
The suction head contacts the surface evenly, so boxes don't get crushed or torn at the corners when lifted.
FullSharp surveys box size and weight, stacking height, and aisle width before finalizing the solution. We then choose the articulating arm's reach, design the suction head to fit the carton surface, and hand it over along with on-site operating instructions.
