Goods packed in plastic trays are stacked high, each stack weighing dozens of kilograms. Workers lifting by hand all shift strain their backs, and a tilted tray spills the contents. The work area is also tight, without enough room for a forklift to turn.

FullSharp installs a suspended jib crane with an electric hoist, fixed to existing structure, paired with a dedicated plastic tray hook. The operator presses the button to lift, swings the arm to move the tray to the next table, then lowers it, without carrying it overhead.

Equipment installed

  • Suspended jib crane frame: fixed to the ceiling or an existing column, taking up no floor space.
  • Electric hoist: button-operated lifting at a steady speed, with a brake holding the load when the button is released.
  • Plastic tray hook: shaped to match the tray's rim, gripping as soon as it's hooked on, no need for extra holding.
  • 180- to 360-degree swinging arm: choose the swing angle to match the layout, moving the tray from the line to a pallet.
  • Pendant control: the cable hangs at a comfortable height, letting one person control the whole cycle from a fixed spot.
