Many packing plants have only a few square meters of open space between lines. A long straight-arm jib crane can't rotate in that space, while manual carrying is slow and hard on the back. The work location also changes with each order.

FullSharp chose a Lifts All articulating jib crane on a round mobile base. The articulating joint folds to reach into tight gaps, and the round base rotates in place. A vacuum lifting head grips the carton surface, letting one person lift and place goods neatly.

Equipment Installed

  • Lifts All round mobile base: compact diameter, rotates and pushes through narrow aisles.
  • Articulating arm: folds in multiple directions, reaching through gaps between production lines.
  • Vacuum lifting head for cartons: grips the carton surface firmly, releases quickly, and doesn't dent the packaging.
  • Control handle on the vacuum head: lift, lower, and release the load right at the handle, easy for a new operator to learn.
