Warehouse layouts change constantly with the season — loading happens at one end today and shifts to another area next week. Fixed lifting equipment quickly becomes an obstacle, while manual box handling can't keep up during peak periods.

FullSharp chose an articulating jib crane on a mobile base, paired with a Lifts All pneumatic vacuum lifter to handle carton boxes. The whole system can be wheeled to any area, and the articulating arm folds compactly to pass through narrow aisles between racks.

Installed Equipment

  • Articulating jib crane: jointed arm sections that extend far or fold compactly to match warehouse aisles.
  • Mobile base: a wheeled stand that's pushed to the work area and locked in place, with no extra construction needed.
  • Lifts All pneumatic vacuum lifter: uses compressed air to create vacuum, gripping and holding the box throughout the move.
  • Suction head for carton boxes: suction area sized to the box, releasing quickly when stacking.
