Plastic trays holding components are stacked and moved continuously between the conveyor, inspection table, and storage racks. A full tray is heavy, and carrying it by hand can easily tilt it, shifting or dropping the components inside.
FullSharp suspends a pneumatic jib crane from the beam, running it on a 5T rail rated for 200 kg, and fits it with a gripper tool that hugs the tray sides. The tray stays level throughout the move, and the operator rotates the arm 360 degrees to bring it to the right station before releasing the grip.

The tool grips both tray sides evenly so the tray never tilts. Components inside don't shift.
Gripping and releasing run on compressed air, with no need to re-stack items on the tray. Line rhythm stays steady.
