Pneumatic Jib Crane with Vacuum Sheet Lifter

Flat sheets stacked on a pallet are hard to separate one at a time by hand. Workers have to slide their fingers into the gap, risking cuts and scratching the sheet underneath, and every lift can bend the edge if the pulling force is uneven.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane with a vacuum lifting pad right next to the sheet storage area. The suction cups grip evenly across the top of the sheet, compressed air lifts it, the arm swings the sheet over to the machine table, and the operator only guides the direction.

Equipment Installed

Pneumatic jib arm: lifts and lowers with air, swinging around the column to connect the sheet pickup point with the machine table.
Vacuum lifting pad: suction cups spaced evenly across the frame separate exactly one sheet from the stack without scratching the one below.
Vacuum pump: maintains stable vacuum level, with a gauge for the operator to monitor.
Control handle: lift, lower, suction, and release buttons grouped together for one-handed operation.
