ANVER Corporation offers a complete, fully matched range of vacuum system components, from suction cups, vacuum pumps, vacuum generators/ejectors and vacuum stations to valves, filters, sensors and plumbing accessories — covering every need in the design and maintenance of industrial vacuum systems.
Products run on compressed air, electricity or rechargeable batteries and suit ANVER lifters, automation equipment (robots, end-of-arm tooling), packaging systems, CNC machines, and the printing, glass, woodworking, food, pharmaceutical and many other industries.
A complete cup range — flat, single bellows, double bellows, oval, rectangular and foam — in more than 10 rubber/elastomer compounds (Nitrile, NBR, Natural Rubber, Silicone, EPDM, Viton, Urethane, HT silicone and more) to handle every surface and environment: oil, chemicals, high temperature and food contact.
A suspension is a spring-loaded shock absorber and level compensator mounted between the vacuum cup and the lifter or robot frame. It lets the cup self-adjust on uneven surfaces, absorbs impact when the load is set down, and spreads force evenly across multiple cups.
Based on the venturi principle, these units convert compressed air into vacuum with no moving parts, giving very high reliability and no mechanical maintenance. Well suited to plants with existing compressed air, tight spaces and fast-cycle applications.
Turnkey vacuum stations integrate pump, reservoir, filter, valves and sensors in one compact frame, ready to connect. Power options: compressed air, single-phase/three-phase electric, or portable rechargeable battery.
Dedicated plumbing accessories for vacuum systems — vacuum-rated PU/PVC/rubber hose, hose clamps, and mechanical and electronic vacuum gauges — for leak-tight connections with no pressure loss.
Filters remove dust, particles and moisture before they reach the pump, extending pump life and lowering maintenance costs. Mufflers on the exhaust reduce operating noise to OSHA-permitted levels.
Valves that control vacuum flow — check valves, relief valves, ball valves and sensing valves — allow safe system design, automatic response to the load, and vacuum retention when the pump stops.
Electronic and mechanical sensors for real-time vacuum level monitoring, sending safety signals to the PLC or lifter so a load is never lifted before vacuum reaches a safe level.
