Ceiling-Mounted 5T Rail for Electric Hoist

The plant has a low ceiling and a floor already packed with machines; installing a crane with floor-mounted columns would take up the aisle and the storage space. Yet lifting work still needs to run along a long line.

FullSharp suspends a 5T rail from the ceiling structure and runs an electric hoist on it. The rail can be joined in multiple sections, so the line can be as long as needed, while the floor stays completely clear for machines and carts.

Installed Equipment

5T rail: formed steel rail, joined at flanges to extend the running line.
Ceiling suspension set: threaded rods and clamps bolted to the purlin, height-adjustable to keep the rail straight and level.
Hoist trolley: wheels run inside the rail track, carrying the electric hoist along the line.
End stops: mounted at both ends of the line to prevent the trolley from running past the limit.
